Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

  • Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and your location:

    • Standard Shipping: Typically 5-10 business days.

    • Express Shipping: Typically 2-5 business days. 

    • UPS / FedEx, with delivery expected within approximately 7 days.

    • For large orders, sea shipment is provided.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

3. International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary based on the destination and shipping method.

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.

5. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is shipped.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a solution.

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or the recipient's unavailability, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
